Customer Services & Sales Administrator

Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm

GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 P/A + Benefits & Free Parking

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be representing a manufacturing business in the Fareham area in their search for a Customer Services & Sales Administrator.

The Role:

* Liaising with potentially new or existing clients answering queries on products or providing delivery/order updates
* Proactively monitoring customers orders and updating them of any changes
* Liaise with external suppliers or other 3rd parties involved in order to be able to thoroughly manage customers expectations
* Preparing and providing customers with detailed quotations
* Updating company spreadsheets accordingly
* Supporting the Sales Manager and the Account Manager
* Communicating via phone and email on a daily basis

The Ideal Candidate:

* Will need previous office based customer services/sales administration/office support experience ideally from a manufacturing or engineering environment OR will need to be a recent graduate from University!
* Will need to be confident in speaking with various people over the phone and have good spelling and grammar to liaise via email
* Must be presentable as there will be clients in and out of the offices at times
* Will be confident, pro-active and show initiative
* Must be a team player!
