This role requires a creative and consistent KS2 Teacher who has been recognised as a 'Good' or better teacher in recent observations and has the ability to teach in a manner that covers all key areas of the current curriculum. The Headteacher wants to recruit a teacher with a constructive approach in lessons and a talent for making even the most challenging parts of the curriculum entertaining . The school needs a teacher who creates a focussed learning environment and a record of raising attainment. The school's perfect candidate is a teacher who can work collaboratively with their fellow teachers and stay on-task while being working on their own.
About the KS2 Teacher Role
In this KS2 Teacher position your responsibilities will include progressing your teaching technique by immersing yourself into the schools CPD programme which will ensure any areas you feel need work are targeted and improved. The Head Teacher is keen to support new teachers and will assign you a successful and approachable mentor Senior teacher. Teaching and learning is supported across the school by a team of Teaching Assistants, each of whom are assigned a class in which to help.
