Responsibilities
As a Application Management Apprentice, you will:
- Provide support for IT applications and solutions, from troubleshooting and system monitoring to incident resolution, in liaison with clients and suppliers
- Develop and implement fixes and enhancements to existing applications
- Develop and implement new applications, using a range of tools and technologies
- Learn how to adapt while taking on new technical challenges every day
Qualities/requirements
- Enthusiastic about working in the IT sector
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great team players
- Committed to solving problems
- Have good attention to detail
- Open to new ideas and keen to learn
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Ready to rise to new challenges
Qualifications required
5 GSCE's grades A-C, including Maths & English
Additional information
Daily working hours: Monday to Friday, 37hrs per week
