We currently have a vacancy for a Transport Administrator to join our logistics team in Milton Keynes. Within this role you will work alongside our Transport Manager and Operations Manager to ensure that all transport administration is up to date and accurate, legislation is complied with and all records are maintained to an excellent standard.

Shift patterns are to be discussed and will be either 06:00-14:00 or 10:00-18:00.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

You will provide effective and efficient administration for our transport fleet, also working with courier and agency drivers where required. The role is suitable for a highly motivated individual with previous experience of working within a transport administrative role.

We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate will have good numeracy and statistics skills and must have knowledge of Excel. Flexibility is required to meet the varying administrative tasks that the role requires. You must be customer focused, providing excellent service at all times and it is essential that you are a good team player. 

Experience of SAP would be significantly advantageous.
