We are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to work for a manufacturing company located in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES:
* Ensure agreed production outputs are always achieved.
* Supervision and training of Operators and Team Leaders.
* Ensure high levels of Health & Safety are adhered to.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Outstanding communication, organisation and motivation skills.
* Minimum 3 years experience of Supervising a large team of operatives / Team Leaders.
THE SALARY:
You will be paid a basic salary of between GBP32,000 and GBP33,000 / annum (depending on experience), plus outstanding benefits.
THE HOURS:
You will work a days shift pattern 8am to 4.45pm (Monday to Friday)
