Our client offers one of the most sought after venues in the Country providing a convenient venue for a multiple of uses. They are currently looking for someone new to join their team.

Job Role:

A great opportunity for a target-driven person with at least two years’ sales experience ‘under your belt’.  Reporting in to the Show Manager, they are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who has the dedication and commitment to truly develop this role.

The company organise 3 major events a year and they are looking for a self-managing, confident and commercially-minded individual to work across the 3 shows to:

  • Identify, generate, maximise and retain income for trade stands, sponsorship, and other commercial opportunities;
  • Provide high quality customer service and co-ordination from booking through to delivery including registration and cataloguing entries;
  • Efficient sales, event planning and co-ordination of all tasks in relation to the trade stands and exhibitors.

Normal working hours are 42.5 per week, including some evening and weekend work around the time of their three shows. The Candidate:

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative and as a part of a small, friendly team and have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people.  Previous sales experience of at least two years in any capacity is essential and you will be expected to demonstrate a genuine flair for people and great interpersonal skills.
