Warehouse Operative: Initial 6 Month Temporary Position- Possibly Permanent

This is an opportunity to join a market leading distributor of Electrical, Process & Mechanical equipment. They distribute products nationally & internationally serving all major industries including Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities and Petrochemical.

A vacancy is currently available at their Bristol office for a Warehouse Operative.

Roles & Responsibilities

Working with their existing warehouse team the role involves receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, liaising with suppliers and general warehouse duties.

The Candidate

This role would suit someone with warehouse experience however training will be given.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have all or most of the following attributes:

- Be reliable and punctual
- Have a good attention to detail
- Be numerate
- Have experience of Sage accounting software
- Possession of a current forklift licence would be an advantage
- Be confident, enthusiastic and well presented
- And, most importantly, have a positive, can-do attitude.

Although initially a 6 month temporary position it may become permanent.

Salary: £15-16k per annum- negotiable for the right candidate
