Based across the beautiful counties of Devon and Cornwall, touching in to South Somerset and West Wiltshire my client is an exceptional developer who have a focus on well run profitable developments with a high attention to detail. With a good pipeline of projects across Devon and Cornwall they are seeking someone who can operate as a Site Manager looking after their top end projects.
The Role
This company is looking for an exceptional site manager. Well presented, intelligent and commercially aware. Longevity in past companies is important to this client as is the experience you have working within the 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom traditional housing sector. The company has excellent management systems for you to call upon, market leading customer care initiatives and a strong focus on safety across their sites.
Responsibilities
Management of sub-contractors and the direct labour force
Consistently delivering the projects on time and within budget whilst focusing on the high quality of finish that is synonymous with the brand.
A thorough knowledge of health and safety procedures is essential.
Monitoring and controlling the quality of production, and approve stage completions to payments to sub-contractors
Providing clear direction to the on site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
You will also be compliant for site with SMSTS, CSCS and First aid all in order along with a superb attention for detail in terms of H&S.
This work will suit a professional site manager. Someone with an exceptional eye for detail and an attitude for their work to be at the highest standard and nothing less.
Successful candidates will be well rewarded with salary and package. This developer believes in paying market and above salaries for professional management.
