Learning Support Officer

To help us stay committed to this challenge, their Learning department are looking for a Learning Support Officer to join the museum.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice and booking services for educational groups; liaising with teachers, group leaders and families on a daily basis, whilst encouraging participation with the museum and their learning activities, promoting their products to support income generation.

You will use your experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a public-facing role to up-sell the museums events, opportunities and charged activities as well as utilising your excellent administration skills to support the wider Learning and Public Programmes team.
