Event Host (Customer Service Assistant)

TeamSport Indoor Karting is fast, furious and growing and our brand new Harlow track is opening in July. We are looking for Event Hosts to join this new team and work as customer service champions on and off the track in face to face customer orientated roles.

Shifts are available Monday - Sunday including weekends and evenings on a part-time basis and weekend availability is essential. Recruitment sessions have been arranged for 21 and June 2017.

The role of an Event Host is critical to us. The job includes everything from greeting and registering drivers, conducting group briefings, commentating on races, giving tips on how to race faster and better and being a shoulder to cry on for those at the back of the leader board. Other duties include refuelling our customers with food and drink from the snack bar and being on hand to make sure their events run like a dream.

We are looking for people who are driven by excellent customer service and understand the importance of putting the customer on pole, whilst having fun. We look for talented, proactive, customer focused individuals with a positive attitude. You must have at least 6 months’ experience within a seven day per week customer service environment and leadership qualities.
