We seek an ambitious and driven individual to join our growing team in Taunton and begin their career with us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
In this position there will be two key functions as a Recruitment Consultant, firstly selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face and secondly, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships. Other essential parts of the role are to pre-screen, interview and assess the skills of candidates, whilst matching them to our clients' requirements.
For the position you will need to be self-motivated to achieve set targets and have a professional approach to working in a team environment. A key aspect will be your drive to succeed within a very competitive market place. You will have excellent customer service skills, a drive to go that extra mile, be able to drive your desk forward using your excellent sales and customer service skills.
The package is a salary from GBP17500, with potential first year earnings of GBP22000, car allowance, excellent commission structure, 28 days (including bank holidays), pension scheme, with great career progression available.
