Field Sales, BDM, ASM, Sales Executive, Business Development Manager. Up to GBP33k basic, GBP50k+ ote, car allowance or car, holidays, pension, mobile, laptop. Covering Devon, Cornwall, Avon and Somerset
- THE COMPANY;
- Our client is a leading distributor of plastics used in a multitude of applications, across the construction, manufacturing and engineering sectors.
- Multi-million pounds turnover
- Multi- branch operation, offering fabulous training, personal development and career advancement.
- THE ROLE;
- This is a Field Sales position, covering Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Avon.
- Selling a vast range of plastic products, that include, acrylic sheets, digital print role, aluminium composite, foam boards, pvc, sign boxes, application tapes, signage, timber, tapes and fixings.
- Selling to OEMS, such as signage manufacturers, boat builders, shop fitters, sign houses, printing businesses, engineering businesses etc.
- Looking after and developing relationships with approx 400+ accounts, of which 230 are actively spending.
- AOV is approx GBP300. Your 1st years target is likely to be GBP800k.
- THE CANDIDATE;
- Ideally you'll have sold in the plastics, paper, print or signage industry
- Our client will also look at good OEM led sales professionals, with a good engineering/manufacturing/technical understanding
- This is not a price sell. You need to sell on service and customer support
- You'll be enthusiastic, highly driven, engaging, with a can do attitude
- Typically making 6-8 calls per day, you'll be highly organised
- A good team player, looking for a long term career
- THE SALARY;
- GBP28,000- GBP33,000 BASIC
- Attractive bonus scheme giving GBP10k-GBP15k++
- 23 days holiday, rising with service
- Car or car allowance
- Up to 4% pension contribution
