This company is looking for confident, organised target driven individuals to join one of the UKs most technically agile Data Centre Solutions, Managed Server and Connectivity providers as an inside sales executive. This opportunity will enable you to work towards and achieve a fantastic OTE to a minimum of £40,000.

Have you been in a technical B2B sales environment between 12 months and 2 years? Have a proven track record of sales success? With the ability to manage a high priority sales pipeline and generate revenue? If so then they would like to hear from you.

Sales Development
- Increase sales revenue and margin via both inbound and outbound calls
- Ensuring the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is up to date
- Maintain a monthly pipeline versus target
- Define and act upon new business and market sector opportunities
- Daily and weekly sales correspondence to key customer accounts and partner businesses
- Generate new businesses opportunities via upselling incentives and purchase promotions

Skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with other members of the business.
- Be able to communicate ideas, processes and requirements clearly
- Minimum of two years' sales experience.
- High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent understanding of the role sales communications plays within a broader business context, with the ability to sell the company to businesses as a technology partner rather than just a supplier.
- Excellent listening, negotiating, influencing and closing skills.
- Highly numerate and literate with excellent communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise proposals and concepts. Possess developing face-to-face presentation skills, with the gravitas and credibility to build relationships with clients of all business levels.
