This is a fabulous for a great communicator to join the UK’s leading Healthcare provider

This role involves dealing with new employees,conducting compliance meetings and delivering training sessions in various locations, splitting your time between two sites.

The vacancy is an interesting position that blends a variety of both employee contact with administrative and reporting based compliance responsibility.

The purpose of the role is to enable us to recruit and complete the compliance checks required for new employees, ensuring they are eligible to work in the UK, meet all the current requirements of their relevant governing bodies, appropriate framework agreement/s, and company standards.

You will also be responsible for organising compliance events, scheduling field based appointments, diary management, reporting, and chasing up compliance documentation as required.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Partner with colleagues within various divisions
  • Ensure that compliance levels are met in line with the required standards
  • Travel between two sites
  • Utilise in-house databases to log / manage appointments
  • Assist in the investigations and resolution of complaints when appropriate
  • Complete reports and collect statistics where required
  • Responsible for reporting compliance information to the Shared Services Compliance and Audit Lead
  • Work as part of a team to meet the divisional compliance requirements of candidates as well as team targets, aims and objectives
  • Use tact and persuasive skills when communicating complex information or contentious information
  • Equality and Diversity - act in accordance with legislative requirements

The ideal applicant will have a combination of strong administrative and analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Good IT skills are essential and previous knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.

You should feel comfortable delivering training to groups of individuals or ideally have done similar in previous roles.

You should also be a car owner (a £4,000 car allowance will be provided on top of the basic salary offered to cover any additional costs incurred due to travel).
