Apley Farm Shop Creamery Caf?? offers Breakfast, Lunch & Tea in the beautiful converted barns at Apley Farm Shop on the Apley Estate between Bridgnorth & Telford. We use the best quality ingredients from the local area & the Apley Estate to make delicious dishes. We are particularly busy during the school holidays and at weekends, serving 60 covers inside & an additional outside seating in the summer. We & our customers expect high quality dishes to be produced within a short order time. We don't currently serve evening meals. We are open 7 days per week.

We require a hard working, experienced assistant chef/ chef de partie to partner the head chef & lead the kitchen on the head chef's days off. Normally the kitchen is staffed by a team of 3-4 including washing up. The candidate needs to be experienced working in a busy environment. A high level of preparation is vital to ensure our range of dishes can be produced to a high standard in a short time. The candidate must be experienced in aspects of kitchen management to reduce waste but ensure immaculate hygiene conditions at all times.

This is a fast paced environment & requires a dedicated, hard working individual with a variety of cooking skills & enable to work effectively in the team.

As part of the overall team, which as well as the caf?? includes an indoor Playbarn which offers snacks & party food & a Farm Shop & Butcher, the candidate must work well within the wider team as well as the kitchen & caf?? FOH teams.

Weekend working will be required. We are not open in the evening.
