Who we are looking for -

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, with drive and determination, friendly and approachable. Although people from any background can join our franchise, we have found people with experience in Professional Sales, Marketing, Financial, Management and also Customer Services to be best suited.

Earning potential/Investment needed -

You will earn money from direct sales and from agents you recruit within your territory, earning 90% of all income generated on initial sales and lettings and 75% recurring income on lettings management. You can increase your earnings by recruiting additional agents. Agents are paid 50% of commissions earned, leaving you an additional 40% income. There's really nothing remaining for you to do other than to go out, get business and recruit agents.

The investment needed is only GBP10,000 + VAT - We also have a Payment Plan available .
