Lead Developer (C#, .NET, ASP.NET)
We are searching for a Lead C#.NET Developer, a highly skilled and experienced software and systems engineer who is able to work with the full Microsoft development stack.
You will work within our clients Software Development Team ensuring that standards, principles and policies are maintained and adhered throughout the full development life-cycle.
The successful candidate is going to be responsible for mentoring other technical staff, including trainees, and transferring knowledge and experience to other Lead Developers outside their team; you will also provide assurance on third party developments.
You will be expected to contribute, alongside other developers with software development - this is a hands-on role.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate is going to be accountable for the quality of development from one or more software development teams, covering source code quality, automated testing, design quality and documentation.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on development experience using C#.Net (v4 or later), ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server (TSQL & SQL), Entity Framework, Scrum, Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration.
Knowledge of any of the following is also a distinct bonus;
* Web Forms
* HTML
* JavaScript
* WinForms
* XML
* XSLT
* XPath
* XQuery
* Team Foundation Server
* Microsoft Release Management
* PowerShell
