Graduate Building Surveyor - up to GBP25 - Kingswood
A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading Multi-Disciplinary Building Consultancies.
Duties
* Responsible, under supervision, for smaller projects and assisting on major projects with a defined level of responsibility
* Manage service delivery on minor projects under supervision of Building Surveyor or senior member of staff
* measured surveys and plot existing and proposed plans
* Evaluate tenders and assist in production of tender reports
* Assist Building Surveyors and senior members of staff with contract management of projects and on site
* Attend site and client meetings and produce minutes
* planned maintenance and condition surveys under supervision
Experience
* 6-18 months in a similar position
* RICS accredited degree
* Full Clean driving licence
