Digital SoC Architect - Cambridge - Wireless Technologies.
A world leader in 3G, 4G and next generation mobile technologies seeks a Senior Digital SoC Architect to join their digital design team in Cambridge, delivering low power, mixed signal IC designs. You'll have expertise in on-chip SoC bus / interconnect technologies, an excellent academic history and will have familiarity with AMBA interfaces and NOC technology.
With a minimum of a 2.1 Honours Degree in Electronics, Mathematics or similar numerate discipline the successful Digital SoC Architect will have a good understanding of how interconnect choices affect power, performance and silicon area.
As a Senior Engineer you will have proven technical leadership skills, with experience of leading to pre-tapeout sign-off authority. You should also have the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, both verbally and in written forms of communication.
In this role you will work alongside a group of architects, the company's central interconnect IP team and digital design implementation teams to deliver a scalable solution balancing product performance, silicon area and power.
