Central London
£19,000 Plus (after probation) Discretionary Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare, Season Ticket Loan
Do you have a highly organised approach and great communication skills? Want to embark on an exciting career with a forward-thinking business? If so, our client wants to hear from you.
Our client is a leading legal advocacy practice that acts for both public and private sector clients, domestic and foreign government bodies and NGOs. They are now looking for an Office Assistant to join their passionate team.
Within a supportive and engaging environment, you’ll gain valuable insight into the running of a successful legal practice and will have the chance to increase your experience in a variety of areas.
As an Office Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the office and ensure that a first-class service is delivered to customers.
In this diverse role, you’ll ensure that all office areas are presented to a high standard, prepare conference rooms and provide refreshments for visitors.
You’ll make sure that stationary cupboards are well-stocked, oversee the office’s recycling facilities and help the Facilities Manager to organise building and equipment repairs.
Additionally, you will complete a range of administrative tasks and provide cover for the Reception function when required.
Interested? Whilst no experience is required, to be considered, you’ll need GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English. A professional telephone manner and positive, ‘can do’ attitude are also key.
Proactive and eager to learn, as an Office Assistant, you’ll have excellent time-management and prioritisation skills. You’ll also be adaptable and able to work well, both individually and as part of a team.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working in an office environment and/or the retail or hospitality sector.
Please note, this is a full-time role, working 9:30 - 18:30, Monday – Friday.
