Electrical Maintenance Technician
Electrical Maintenance TechnicianOur Bedford client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team as soon as possible.To be put forward for the role the candidate must have:
* City & Guilds 2360* City & Guilds 2330 Tech Certificate - level 3* City & Guilds 2356 - level 3* City & Guilds 2377-22 PAT Testing* City & Guilds 2391-10 Inspection and Testing* City & Guilds17th Edition 2382 - 12* Literacy and numeracy to NVQ Level 3* First Aid at work* Asbestos Awareness* Manual Handling* Level 2 COSHH Regulations
The Role:To undertake all electrical maintenance and repairs across all sites to ensure all critical systems are fully functional.To service all electrical and other plant supporting all sites ensuring they operate in a safe working order.To repair all defect or make safe by isolation until repairs are complete.Diagnose problems and/or failures in electrical systems and/or related equipment for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs.To complete works notified under the on-line maintenance system or received via the Maintenance Manager which will include tasks such as replacing/repairing door locks, installing digital door locks, erecting shelving, small plumbing tasks, changing light bulbs and others.Carry out PAT testing.Undertake general decorating tasks for maintenance/ repair.Please send us your CV to be put forward for the role.Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
