An Engineering organisation that specialises in house design, Fabrication, On Site Installation, Refurbishment and Project Management for their industrial clients currently requires an Installation Engineer.
Description:
Due to the continued success, the company is looking for 4 experienced site installation engineers with permanent positions to join our team. Candidates will need to be competent working on site in the water, power, construction and industrial industries also be prepared to travel and stay away from home location.
The company offers wide variation in disciplines and skills from fitting and rigging to onsite fabrication and welding. It would be preferred that candidates have qualifications in both however either or will be considered.
Roles:
* Attending various sites throughout London and UK
* Working to installation and fabrication drawings
* Installation of plant, pipework, bridges etc
* Maintenance of pumps, scraper bridges
* Reacting to emergency and shutdown works
The Successful Candidate will have:
* NVQ or Similar in engineering discipline (fitting, welding or mechanical
engineering)
* 5 years' site experience
* CCSNG, CSCS as a minimum (all other training and certifications will be
provided by the company)
* Driving licence
* Self-motivation and drive
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Organisational and planning skills
* Able to communicate with others in an acceptable and appropriate
manner, e.g. patience, tact, humour, sensitivity, understanding,
firmness
