You must have team leader experience and know how to manage and motivate a small team. The role involves being a go getter, managing a team, and also building your own sales. Leading by example is key for the position.
Telesales Team Leader - Experience required:
• Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager experience
• Experience in motivating individuals to hit targets and set incentives for the team
• Business to business sales
• Telesales experience
• Knowledge of the telecoms industry is desirable but not essential
