HR Business Partner
Milton Keynes
Up to GBP35,000K Inc. Annual pay increase based on performance up to GBP44k

An experienced, and passionate HR Business Partner is required to join a globally recognised business within Milton Keynes. This role will be essential in driving HR and Organisational Development across the business and will also include policy, and process enhancement. You must be fully CIPD qualified.
Responsibilities;
?? Plan and organise employee relations tasks including disciplinary and grievance cases
?? Drive HR and Organisational Development initiatives across the wider business
?? Devise and implement strategic recruitment campaigns
?? Plan for consultation meetings and manage entire process
?? Deal with operational issues which arise, pulling on senior colleagues if/when required.
?? Be able and willing to commute between multiple business sites (at least 1 day per week)
Essential Requirements;
?? Fully Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development qualified (CIPD)
?? Degree level educated or equivalent experience
?? Previous experience working in a generalist HR role
?? Precious experience carrying out employee relations tasks including formal meetings, consultations, sickness absence, redundancies
?? Be able to work in a highly pressurised environment and able to manage a high work load
?? Highly organised
?? Team-player and excellent communicator (customer focused).
