Business Processing Re-engineering Manager

The Local Government Digital Customer Experience team are responsible for delivering quality solutions for the delivery of services to local government customers that provide the best customer experience, optimising digital services and opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
*
Full accountability for BPR or BA work streams as a Design Lead/project manager.
*
Leading/facilitating internal and external stakeholder meetings to establish, improve and drive forward business processes, aiming to maximise digital and automation opportunities & ensuring the business processes are fully documented and tested to support the end to end customer experience
*
Lead practitioner for business process management, business process requirements & business cases
*
Prioritising business processes that are inefficient, ineffective or in need of digital /automation re-fresh to create efficiencies in service design and operational delivery
*
Providing coaching, quality assurance support and guidance to BAs
*
Contributing business visioning sessions, customer design workshops & digital designs, including future state designs, and developments of roadmaps from to-be business processes to business visions
*
Being aware of and working to the required legal and security compliance standards and corporate disciplines
Essential Experience/Skills
* Delivering more than one large scale/complex digital process enabled business change programme
* Experience of managing third party suppliers, including contract negotiation
* Knowledge of the multi-channel customer services digital market
* Operated at team manager & expert BPR practitioner level
* EXcellent numeric skills
* Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
* Lean/six sigma
