PQE REQUIRED: 12 months+

THE ROLE:
Driven and determined firm are looking to recruit a like minded Company Commercial Solicitor to join their busy and creative Company Commercial to undertake the fee earning work for the firm on behalf of clients in commercial transactions and related areas.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Company Commercial Solicitor will have a minimum of 12 months' PQE with substantial experience to bring to the role and be commercially minded. The appointed Company Commercial Solicitor must have a firm grasp of commercial issues and business client needs and be able to develop strong client relationships, both new and existing. If you are an experienced and professional Company Commercial Solicitor with strong interpersonal skills along with an enthusiastic approach to your work then you will be the ideal Company Commercial Solicitor to join this firm. The enthusiastic Company Commercial Solicitor will undertake certain elements of fee earning work under supervision including: share sales and purchase, corporate restructuring, agency and distribution work, company start up and liquidation, Partnership agreements, corporate finance along with a mixture of accounting matters such as; preparation of bills of costs, completion statements, exchanging contracts and obtaining the approval of accounts of all bills prepared. The driven and determined Company Commercial Solicitor will also be expected to have the desire to network for the firm and become involved in the marketing strategies and initiatives.
