As a Customer Resolutions Administrator, you’ll complete a range of administrative duties to support V12 Retail Finance’s complaints process. 

Providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers, you will respond to a range of queries and log complaints in-line with company policies. 

Additionally, you will update and amend systems and customer records, ensuring that V12 Retail Finance complies with all relevant codes and regulations.
