We are recruiting on behalf of a large company that specialises in manufacturing and leisure, that would like to be recognised as the market leader in each sector of business they work in, always striving to provide an outstanding service to their clients as well as employees.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the marketing, product management and new product development of the product range in the UK and internationally.

Your key responsibilities will include:
•Be responsible for the development and implementation of clearly defined marketing strategies
•Prioritise the division sales and marketing requirements with the Head of Marketing to form an annual plan which will maximise group and individual company ROI
•Work closely with the National Sales Manager to formulate and implement annual marketing initiatives for both the UK and International markets
•Identify new product opportunities through thorough market and competitor analysis
•Keep up to date with all competitive developments
•Lead product development with the R&D department following the Stagegate process
•Constantly strive to improve the existing product offering
•Build strong relationships with KOL's and industry leaders
•Clearly define best practice for the use of marketing and promotional materials
•Ensure brand compliance and integrity
•Manage and build good working relationships with key agencies
•Develop advertising campaigns to complement existing sales campaigns and seasonal activities

You will need to be able to demonstrate:
•Minimum three years' experience in a similar role in a fast-paced consumer environment
•Understanding of retailer demands store marketing and experience Category Management
•Experience of developing and implementing through the line marketing strategies
•Demonstrable new product development experience, from concept to launch
