Due to continued demand from our increasing customer base we now have a real career opportunity for a talented individual to join our commercial sales team based at our Bracknell offices in Arlington Square .
The role .
As an Internal Account Manager you will support and manage a number of high profile commercial accounts ensuring that they have the highest level of customer service by being the designated point of contact and providing a full portfolio of account management services including preparation of quotations [including technical specifications ] management of orders through the internal queues, ownership of aged debt , following up on quotations with customers , management of special bids , being the first point of contact for all customer queries and supporting an external account manager ..
The person .
You will be a career motivated individual with excellent communication skills and areal commitment to exceed our customers' expectations - a background in sales support , sales administration /customer services is essential and a degree education whilst not essential would be advantageous . Experiience gained working for an IT company or similar technology organisation would be beneficial .
