The role requires a ‘can do’ enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to to work within the Team. The successful candidate will assist with the financial and contractual management of numerous construction projects. They will also manage small schemes from tender handover to final account stage whilst assisting the Senior QS/Commercial Manager on larger projects. The candidate must be proficient in ensuring contracts are managed effectively whilst striving to increase profitability.

Candidate Requirements:

This is the perfect role if you have:

• Have a BSC (hons) degree in Quantity Surveying or working towards this
• Minimum 3 years relevant AQS experience in the commercial/construction sector
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office packages.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines
