A fantastic opportunity is available in a customer focussed Sales Support Role to join an expanding, innovative business in Ellesmere Port. The successful candidate will earn a salary between £15,000 and £17,000, depending on experience. This is an exciting time to join the company.
The Sales Support role will involve a good balance of supporting the customer externally and the Sales Directors internally. The predominant aim will be to build strong relationships that are founded on trust, efficiency, and delivery of excellent customer service through positive and proactive communication. You need to work honestly and proficiently to succeed in our small but growing business in Ellesmere Port.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Day-to-day account management for existing client base – involving the taking of verbal and email enquiries/orders and adding them into our bespoke CRM
- Building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and delivery of service
- Encourage our customers to review the service we give them
- Continuous improvement of customer experience
- Maintain the company’s contact database management tool
- Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing, IT, Production and Accounts team
- Manage pipeline effectively
- General administrative duties
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build effective and long lasting client relationships
- Ability to priorities workload and ensure any deadlines are met
- Team player, with the ability to work on own initiative
- Use social media channels such as Twitter and LinkedIn to promote the company and our market activity
- Identify and target organisations that will require the service
- Gather market and customer information/intelligence and share with managers
