My client requires an experienced and professional Telesales Executive / Account Manager to make their mark and drive sales in a growing industry of office consumables. You would have access to a great database of clients and customers to target through warm and cold leads, generate sales and account manage over time. My client is offering fantastic development within the company to progress to management and have shares in the business.
Telesales Executive / Account Manager Job Purpose:
•Drive sales through telephone accounts
•Account management of existing clients
Key Responsibilities:
•Be able to develop and maintain relationships
•Deliver Sales and profit growth for the channel
•Hitting monthly targets
•Proactively follow up leads
•Generating new business leads
Key Tasks:
•Ensuring accounts place weekly / monthly orders to achieve set budget
•Placing orders in timely fashion
•Take customer orders efficiently and effectively
•Solving problems when they arise from accounts
•Up selling and cross selling
•Generating new business leads
•Closing business over the phone
•Account management and building relationships with new and existing customers
