Call Centre Adviser

Niagara Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Adviser to join the team based in Crawley. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £15,000 per annum, realistic OTE of £18,500.

Accountabilities as our Call Centre Adviser

- Making outbound calls to future prospects

- Providing good Quality appointments for our Field Sales Agents

- Working to exceed given daily / weekly targets

- Full ongoing training and support is provide

What we are looking for in our Call Centre Adviser

- You must have an excellent telephone manner

- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Have excellent organisation skills

- You must thrive in a target driven environment

- A desire to succeed in your role

- The ability to empathise is essential
