Experienced Quantity Surveyor for groundworks and concrete superstructures construction projects with successful expanding London contractor

The Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor you will oversee a £10m + groundworks and concrete superstructure package in Central London. With full control of the project until completion early 2019, the role is site based with some office visits when needed. You will also take commercial / contractual control of a number of on-going Concrete Structures & Civils projects in Broadgate Central London.

The Person

As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be qualified ( degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Groundworks ), have substantial experience running similar projects, ideally specialising in RC Frames / Civils / Groundworks. Ideally you will be RICS / CIOB accredited. In addition you will have:

• NEC / JCT contract knowledge
• up to date CSCS card / excellent H&S knowledge
• outstanding management skills / attention to detail / communication skills
• knowledge of Microsoft Packages ( Word / Excel / Outlook )
