Electronics Manufacturing Engineer A top worldwide manufacturing company is looking for an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to join their team who are growing due to success with new and existing projects. You will be working on their very impressive site based around Manchester and as their electronics manufacturing Engineer you will be interacting very closer with the electronic design and test team. You MUST have manufacturing experience and very strong electronics knowledge as you will be liasing with some big clients and suppliers. As their electronics manufacturing engineer your role will include: Analysing designs so that these can be manufactured Proving excellent manufacturing technical expertise to the design department Assisting with all projects set by the manager Liasing with customers/suppliers Interacting with the electronics design and test teams Producing relevant documentation i.e. Validation reports, inspection plans Ensuring that PCBA and cable assemblies are manufactured & packaged to specification Key skills needed for this role include: Strong electronics knowledge Surface mount process Self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team and alone Operational Knowledge of PCBA and cable manufacturing Knowledge of structured development and improvement techniques such as DFM, PFMEA, Lean, Six-Sigma, SPC & 8D Medical industry experience is desired I understand that you may not have all skills listed but if you have 3 or more then please get in contact with me if this is of interest.
