Incorporated in 1954, Secure Trust Bank is a well-established provider of quality banking solutions, including a range of lending solutions and savings products. They are now looking for an Internal Resourcing Specialist to join their team.

As an Internal Resourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering Secure Trust Bank’s recruitment process, from initial request through to offer. 

Working with key stakeholders, you’ll utilise direct sourcing methods and robust assessment processes to recruit the very best talent in financial services. 

You will promote and utilise Secure Trust Bank’s internal talent pool and explore every vacancy as a potential development opportunity for existing employees.

Additionally, you’ll help to increase the company’s employer profile by acting as a careers advocate and maximising opportunities to promote their Employee Value Proposition. 

Interested? To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience as a resourcer, gained within an agency or in-house environment. 

Attentive to detail and performance focused, as an Internal Resourcing Specialist, you will be proactive, influential, communicative and confident. Good judgement will be key, as will strong problem-solving abilities and a great eye for detail. 

Ideally, you will have a CIPD or REC qualification, but this is not essential. Experience in a financial services or regulated sector would also be beneficial.
