Part-Time Receptionist/Office Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

The company is a leading developer of ICT services and advanced technology solutions. The company operates in a broad spectrum of market sectors including space, defence, government, transport, media and communication.

We are currently looking for a part time Receptionist/Office Assistant for our Bristol office located in Brislington. Previous office experience is required.

Hours of work will be 12:15pm - 5:00pm; flexibility is required as on occasions it will be necessary to cover for holidays and sickness.

Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet service and dealing with visitor security passes
* Call handling and message taking
* Meeting room booking and hospitality
* Courier and postal services
* Stock control and ordering for office consumables and stationery
* General admin and business support as required e.g. binding and copying
* Business travel - bookings and administration

Essential skills and qualities
* Responsive and cheerful attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-starter but good team player
* Flexible approach to work
* Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Any other information
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
* Must be able to get security clearance

Salary and benefits
* 25 days holiday increasing to 28 (pro rated)
* Pension scheme with employer's contribution between 7% to 8.5%
