My client is recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to work closely with the sales team in order to deliver against the business plan, achieving sales plan revenue and net profit and you will provide administrative and sales support for the Sales Team. The main duties of the position will be:

Knowledge
Good product knowledge and recognition of discrete differentials in company product
Good grasp of company's commercial activity to the channel and end-user
Understand service level requirements for key accounts
Understand operation function and limitations of organisation
Good generic and bespoke IT knowledge

Skills
Able to create and follow work instructions
Able to recognise areas for improvement
Deals with complaints in a timely and effective manner
Responds to non-conformance observations positively and implements the necessary corrective actions
Maintains accurate and up to date records as required
Adheres to H&S and HR policies and procedures, recognising individual responsibilities
Numerate and able to work to processes; applies work Instructions applicable to the role
Excellent organisation and time management; able to prioritise and meet deadlines
Good keyboard skills with the accurate input of data at all times
Resolve day to day administrative queries through appropriate use of internal company resources

The ideal candidate will be educated to A level standard and have previous administrative experience in Sales/Marketing within the IT sector. You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and strong general computer literacy. This is a full time and permanent position,the salary is GBP19,000.
