Bookachef is the first fully transparent temporary chef placement service. You decide when you work, where you work and how much you work for!
If you are a chef who wants to take control over your career and provide a great service to our customers, we want to talk to you now.
We provide the platform for you to sell your skills to our customers. Our easy to use profile builder allows you to shout about your skills & experiences. Upload your CV and certificates to show customers what you're all about. You decide the areas that you want to work in, the days you want to work on and your hourly rate for each shift that you are available. Our customers can book the chefs with the skills and experiences that best suit the specific needs of their Kitchen with the click of a mouse.
We are looking for experienced chefs that take pride in their work, integrate seamlessly into a kitchen team and help us to grow our business by delivering a fantastic service to our customers.
The successful applicant will have at least 3 years experience as sous chef or above in a high quality-catering outlet.
What your day will look like
Excellent time keeping and enthusiasm on every placement
Supporting our customers in all areas of the kitchen
Working to the highest standards of H&S and Food Hygiene legislation
Ensuring that the Bookachef code of conduct for chefs is adhered to at all times
Communicating effectively with all venue staff
