Will Adviser
I am current seeking committed, positive, motivated and self-analytical individuals to join the elite Will Adviser Network of my client based in Weston Super Mare.

If you already have experience in providing advice and solutions to customers over the phone, great; if you don't no problem. Either way, you will be supported with full training throughout your career with my client.
Your rewards
• GBP15,000 basic and Bonus Structure OTE GBP30,000
• 20 days holiday per annum
• All self-generated business will earn an additional commission as an incentive for you to generate extra leads for yourself

Main Duties
To follow up leads efficiently and in line with Company standards to book appointments to take customers Will Instructions over the phone and present additional associated legal services.
This role is based at Head Office in Weston Super Mare where you will be part of a small but growing team. The hours are Monday to Thursday 11am until 8pm and Friday 9am to 12.30.
My client offers customers the third option to traditional routes of either acting alone or consulting a bank or solicitor for Wills, Probate, Trusts and Inheritance Tax.
Your role is to present the services, whilst at the same time giving advice, support and guidance over the phone to customers.
During the appointment, you will take customers' Will instructions, offer your professional advice and highlight the services we provide, demonstrating how they meet their personal needs.
The customer decides which services they require, be it just a Will through to the range of associated legal services.

My client is a member of the Professional Association of Legal Services (PALS). PALS was formed with the objective to protect the services customers have purchased. PALS acts as a trade association for most of the larger organisations in the independent sector. The organisation estimates that its 32 members represent some 70% of all Wills written by independent Will Writers
