The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to work at our highly successful Roman Bank Bingo Club in Skegness. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking, with a ‘can do’ attitude.  You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

This is a permanent part-time position, working an average of 30 hours per week with an expected salary of £8.00 per hour.

Hours of operation are from 10am to 11pm 7 days per week and work patterns will include afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.

Duties include

• Leading and managing the food and beverage operation in our Club, ensuring high standards are met and maintained at all times
• Supporting and contributing to the effective operation of the business as a member of the management team
• To assist in actively driving the highest level of customer service excellence with a fun, local flavour
• To assist in ensuring the general housekeeping is to the highest possible standard in line with Company policies and procedures
• To support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with training to help motivate and lead teams

Do you have?

• Food and Beverage experience
• Supervisory or team leader experience or a willingness to progress from your current role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with cash handling
