Although anyone from any background can work with us, we have found candidates with experience within Automotive, Transport, logistics, Recruitment, or a Professional Sales Role is best suited. Driver Hire franchisees typically have strong customer service and/or sales experience, have managed staff, and are IT literate and numerate.

Our top franchisees are all highly self-motivated, ambitious people with a positive outlook and 'can do' attitude. It's important to build business relationships and inspire confidence, so excellent communication skills are required. You will manage a small team of staff, so it's important to have good people skills and be able to manage people effectively.
