Damp Detectives Ltd is a group of Surveyors who survey Customers properties to find the root cause of Damp, Mould and Condensation.

This Franchise can be operated from home and enquiries are generated by direct contact links through a website. The Franchisee carries out surveys of properties by appointment to find the root cause of mould, condensation and damp and advises on the best solution for a permanent cure.

Who we are looking for -

Motivated individuals who have a driving licence with an easy manner and a good personal approach with customers on the phone. The nature of the work requires an inquisitive mind that can think outside the box. You must be bodily mobile as you may be required to enter lofts. Potential Franchisees do not need specific experience but we have found that candidates with experience within Home Services, Estate Agency, Trades, Customer Service, or a Professional Sales Role are well suited.

Earning potential/Investment needed -

The upper earning potential is in the region of GBP75,000 for a 5 day week or GBP50,000 for a 3 day week. This franchise give you a good earning and life quality balance.
