Role
To manage your designated concession business
To deliver all agreed targets
To build a strong client base through excellence of service
To create brand awareness with in store activity and events.
To manage the training and motivation of your team, ensuring all company standards are met.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year's management experience in a customer facing role in the service sector, (ideally the beauty or retail industry) and in a fast paced environment.
Proven target achievement and business acumen.
To have successfully managed a team.
