Our client has gone from strength to strength over the last year. One of the biggest achievements was obtaining FCA Authorisation in August 2016.
The client has rapidly established itself as a major player in the Debt Purchase market over the past 8 years and is regarded as a highly respected organisation.
They have identified an excellent opportunity for a Data Administrator to join their team. This is a developmental role and will allow the successful candidate to grow within the department and company.
The role of Data Administrator will be to support the data team in the administration of Orca, databases and general data administration duties such as:
• Ensure that all data is clean, accurate and concise
• Load and cleanse new ledger books
• Prepare communications (letters, emails, texts) and send to 3rd party
• Sustaining the security and integrity of data and monitoring database efficiency
• Compile all daily, weekly and monthly reports for both the data and other departments and ensure they structurally correct, the data is accurate and meets the requirements of the applicant
• Deliver high levels of customer service including effective dispute / complaint resolution and verbal / written communications

About you
• Data management qualification
• Good standard of education – GCES’s maths/economics/statistics or other technical subject
• Intermediate user in Excel
• Ability to prioritise workload and attention to detail
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
• Strong report writing skills
