Within this role, you will provide Business Transformation allowing Energy Solutions to develop and achieve the company strategy including major business projects and new market penetration.

Determining and reporting realised business benefits, you will identify and justify to the Energy Solutions Executive Team, potential business improvements within the UK Energy Supply & Energy Services business in respect of processes and supporting systems for management of existing and new market segments. You will prepare, manage and deliver business cases for business improvement projects and ensure the business end to end process documents and operational guides are updated in preparation for business change.

They are looking for a highly analytical individual who has previous experience of the Energy industry. You should have experience of identifying and implementing business improvements, demonstrating the ability to influence and motivate, and be able to organise and produce work to tight deadlines. With a high level of commercial acumen and strong attention to detail, you will have experience of system specification, testing, training and implementation and have the ability to think ‘outside the box’.

Business change or process qualifications are preferable however what’s more important is someone who is results orientated, has a strong customer focus and has the drive to achieve continuous improvement.
