Winning new contracts brings the need for Mears Care to grow and expand our workforce. As such we are regularly recruiting confident, friendly and compassionate individuals to join our team of Care Workers. 

Visiting Service Users in their own homes to enable them to carry on enjoying life in the place they feel most comfortable, you will help with a range of tasks to include;

• Personal Care
• Health Care
• Dietary Care
• Domestic / Household services

A driving licence is required for this role. No experience is necessary, all that we ask is that you share our commitment to working in the community and who really want to make a positive difference to people’s lives.
