Building Surveyor - GBP30k - Wakefield
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor, you will be working for one of the largest Building Surveyors in Europe. You will get exposure to prestigious projects, be able to develop your skills and be supported through completing your APC. You will be working predominately on Residential projects:
* Home Buyers surveys & valuations
* Schedule of condition reports
* Project Management
* Dilapidation reports
The Building surveyor must have 3 years' experience and would be preferred if the candidate was coming to the end of their APC. The successful candidate must be a self- motivated individual and have a full driving license.
In return you will receive up to GBP30,000 plus benefits and the exposure to a number of prestigious projects.
