A well respected and professional commercial property agent / surveying firm in Gateshead currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role within an excellent business who have an enviable reputation for their service level and professional approach.
The role will cover a broad range of duties involved with the management of a portfolio of commercial properties which will include commercial, industrial and office units across the North East. You will ensure that the portfolio is managed to the highest standard as well as:
• Carrying out rent and lease reviews
• Inspections and ensuring that all legal documentation is in place
• Ensuring that any repairs or remedial work are carried out within budget
• Forecasting financials
• Dealing with tenant and landlord on a regular basis
• Viewings and walk arounds
• Overseeing service charges
The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualification either RICS or Estate Management degree and will be confident in dealing with commercial property management. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi task and meet deadlines.
Salary offered is negotiable and highly competitive depending on qualifications and experience
