Our client is an established independent Estate Agency specialising in residential Sales & Lettings, who are now looking to recruit a Sales and Lettings Valuer to join their team.
The Sales & Lettings Vlauer will assist in the valuation and listing of residential properties, and develop effective working relationships with clients and landlords and ensure their needs are met.
The succesfull candidate will support the Branch Manager with the daily running of the office and driving business generation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, showing the ability to bring new properties across both Sales and Lettings to the market.
This role will involve:
Generate new and repeat business opportunities for valuations and instructions
Proactive management of relationships with clients and landlords to win their instructions, increase account potential and retain business.
Attend networking events
Maximize board presence and promote brand awareness at all times
Maintain and increase agreed fee levels
Build and maintain excellent working relationships within the local market
The Individual:
Extensive proven background in property sales and winning new instructions
Excellent knowledge of business development techniques and marketing
Local city centre knowledge would be advantageous
Broad knowledge of property sales processes
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly professional, proactive and driven
